i've seen electric bikes going at what seems to be 60km/h on the
road and abruptly go up the bloody pavement onto the walkways
between blocks, narrowly missing people...
cyclists, i have no problems with... but cyclists with
attitude are horrible..
the worst as the idiots who ride against the flow of
traffic, at night, with no lights or reflectors and wearing dark
clothes... if they get run down, the drivers should not be
penalised
Precisely why there needs to be proper legislation spelling out
things like proper road discipline, attire, etc etc.
My beef is not with cyclists, but with irresponsible cyclists.
I've lost count of the number of times I almost got run down about
stupid cyclists when I'm out jogging.
In those cases, I really feel like kicking their wheels so that
they will crash..... but unfortunately, even an uncle on a bicycle
will eventually catch up with a sprinting Fudgie....
